Usually. Odor lives in the fabric, carpet padding and headliner, so we treat the source rather than spraying over it. Long-term smoke in an older cabin is the hardest case, and we will tell you honestly what we expect to get before you commit.
No. We use a pH-correct cleaner and a proper conditioner that soaks in and dries to a factory matte finish. The shiny, slippery look you see on cheap details is silicone dressing sitting on top of the leather, and it dries the material out over time.
Once or twice a year is right for most drivers. If you have kids, a dog, or a long commute with food in the car, every four to six months keeps it from ever getting bad enough to need restoration work.
