When you request a quote or book a service - on this site, through our customer portal, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram - we collect the contact details you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle or property details, and service address.
We use your information only to respond to your request, provide quotes, schedule and perform services, send booking confirmations and service updates (including by text message if you provide your phone number), and process payments. Message and data rates may apply to texts; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
We run our own first-party analytics on this site so we can see what's working: which pages people visit, how they found us (for example a Google search, an ad, Nextdoor or Yelp), how far they scroll, which buttons they tap, how far they get through the booking form, page speed, and errors. To tell visits apart we set a random visitor ID in a cookie on mngdetailing.com. We see your approximate area (town / ZIP, from your connection), your device and browser type, and the page that sent you here. We do not record what you type into forms (only whether a field was used), we do not store your IP address, and we do not use fingerprinting. When you book, the booking is linked to the visit that produced it so we know which marketing works. This data stays with us and our hosting provider and is never sold. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't keep a lasting visitor ID - each visit is counted on its own. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with service providers we use to run the business (for example our payment processor, text messaging provider, and website hosting), and only as needed to serve you.
We keep customer records as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us below.
